Nel 2012 ha fondato il suo Studio chiamato The Tailor Pattern Support, dove collabora con molte aziende per offrire loro un servizio eccellente di cartamodello e un supporto affidabile nelle consegne e nella qualità.
Alessio Berto collabora da alcuni anni con istituti di design italiani come IED Milano e Venezia , NABA Milano e fiere come DENIM PREMIERE VISION e PREMIERE VISION per progetti speciali sul pattern-making.
Dal 2017 al 2020 ha collaborato con ISKO come tutor e giudice di I-SKOOL il concorso mondiale creato da Isko per i giovani creativi di moda.
Alessio Berto è stato incluso in molte riviste di moda e siti web come Sportswear International, The Spin off, RIVET 50 per citarne alcuni e nel libro “Dandy lo stile italiano” di Giulia Pivetta, pubblicato da 24 ORE CULTURA tra dieci professionisti italiani e alcune aziende riconosciute per la loro eccellenza.
